On 6th September 2020, I recharged my Airtel prepaid number from Airtel website (https://www.airtel.in/) for data pack worth Rs. 401 using my debit card. I got a message stating transaction failed (Transaction number 200906744302) but my amount got deducted from my bank account. Then, I tried to recharge for another data pack worth Rs. 599 using my debit card and I got the same error message that transaction failed (Transaction number 200906743662) but amount got deducted. Totally 401 + 599 = Rs. 1000 got deducted from my bank account.
Kindly requesting you to refund my Rs.1000.
