- my airtel sim was damaged so, I go for replacement they change my number from prepaid to postpaid. As I have told lots of time to don’t change my sim from prepaid to post paid. Now I have loss of recharge money and also not interested in postpaid. Airtel customer name is meghna and she is working in Airtel office of jaydev vihar bhubaneswar
