My prepaid airtel phone number – 8197XXXXXX is valid till June 2020.
From 08/04/2020, No Service. No calls and No data. I’m affected a lot by this.
I tried contacting customer care using different phone of my acquaintance. I could not as Airtel doesn’t give an option to speak to human operator.
India is under lock down. I’m cut off from the world without phone. No calls. I’m not able to use my phone as hot spot and work from home. I’m not able to convince my manager about this.
I claim Rs. 1000000 for inconvenience from Airtel.
