Why company want me to do compulsary recharge for continuation of services despite of sufficient prepaid balance. Company sending sms that if recrecharge is not done then 23 rupees will b deducted from my currrent balance despite of any consent from customer. Companny has no rights to deduct any amount from available prepaid balance of the customer.
