Dear Airtel Team,
I have recharged for Rs 399 Rs for my airtel prepaid number 8790907287 through airtel thanks app from other airtel prepaid number 9700815724 on 21.07.20 & i got discount coupon of 50 rs making the recharge total to 349 rs.
But amount of 349 Rs deducted from my bank account but my mobile number 8790907287 has not got recharged. I need to recharge today itself otherwise my validity will expire.
Kindly look into the issue & solve the recharge issue on priority basis.
