Dear Support,
My name is Ashok Kumar using Airtel pre paid num 9741127503. I am in USA since more than 4 months at my daughter’s place and for 2 weeks now my num is suspended.
I am a 75 year old man and all my bank accounts and pension details are linked with this mobile num. I dont know why it has stopped working. And due to the Caronavirus I dont know when I will be back in India.
I cannot afford to lose any SMS that comes from Banks and I am unable to make any transactions as the OTP is sent to this number.
Please help resolve the issue at the earliest.
