My airtel prepaid sim is wrongly registered on my father’s name in 2013 where as my father passed away in 1989 although I submitted my AADHAR card as KYC. I have requested for replacing the sim which is damaged. The AIRTEL has refused to replace the Sim as it was registered in my father’s name even though I submitted my father’s death certificate and my KYC. I have in the month of August 2020 or so recharged for one year. Airtel is not responding to my grevance.
I want my Airtel sim with same number and full value of recharge for full year.
