sir,
my name is Bharat Pareek, Pharmacist working in MCDW RNT medical college , Udaipur.
I have Ported my SIM from Idea to Airtel before more than 6 months. I deposited all my bills to idea and then used MNP services. I was successfully using the Airtel prepaid until now. Airtel has sent me lot many calls and text messages this month about my pendency with last service provider 100.73 rs.
sir, if I had a pendency than why they allowed me to PORT, but to avoid all unwanted interruption to my cellular service I have deposited 101 rs to idea on 3 may 2020.
My Outgoing calls have been barred by Airtel on 11 May in spite of payments I made on 3 may to idea.i I have tried all means to contact to Airtel but nobody is listening me.
sir, I am doing COVID duties in Medical college, I can not go to the Airtel store, and I am having mental trauma due to not having outgoing services.
kindly resolve my issues as soon as possible.
