I recharged a sum of Rs.248/- on 01/05/2019 on my prepaid mobile no.9593507716 as a FRC,after converting my no from postpaid to prepaid on 25/04/2019,at a prestigious airtel store at Park street.Within a few seconds after recharging of FRC, my call network started but data service not started. One sms assured that my data service will be started after a few hours. But the so called fastest network of Kolkata or India could not been able to start my data services till today at this 05:30 pm.
Meanwhile ,I have requested and appealed several times to your incompetent & stupid customer care & bogus Store for resolving my problem but I was extremely disheartened.
Finally I lastly request your attention to start my service immediately,otherwise I have to choose another option.
