I am facing call connectivity issue since more than 2 week when ever I dial to Airtel or other network service I wont get customer voice
- if user set up hello tune in there number I wont get dial tone means call will get connect but conversation or you will not be able to hear voice both the side.
- if I get customer hello tune than only I will be able to hear the voice.
This is not happening with me I have checked with many other Airtel users every one has same issue
Please trace why we are facing the issue & get is rectified ASAP

Airtel has launched Platinum VIP service but forget to serve batter service to Prepaid users I think we are not paying
