Hi,

I have sent many communication mail to 121 for balance amount refund for my airtel repaid number 9790798338 and still they are not responding proper answer after i shared with blank check leaf and transaction details to them. please find below details for the same and requesting to action on my request at the earliest. my contact number is 9840868822.

my current balance amount is 3500 rupees to refund from airtel.

Its really frustrating me to keep on sending mail and they are not provide any solution.
