Dear Airtel Team,
I came into the country on Oct 1st via Delhi. At the Delhi airport, I went to the kiosk operated by Shiv Shakti Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd in Terminal 3 to secure a local sim for use during my stay in the country. The gentleman at the counter took my passport and boarding pass details and provided me with a sim and charged me INR 450. This was to be for the sim being activated with a package that included 1.5GB/ day and unlimited talk/text for 84 days. He also specifically asked me not to call the Airtel support team regarding activation for the next 24 hours. I followed his instructions and reached my final destination, Trivandrum. I started trying the sim after the period he had advised me and realized that the phone was not able to make or receive calls. Finally after trying the sim across mutiple devices, I called customer support. Upon talking to the support team, I was informed that the sim was active but there was no money to make calls. I was surprised since the person who had given me the sim charged me 450 and that was to include a package.
The number is 96671 64226 and I had to charge the sim again with a new package on the 2nd/3rd of October to be able to use it.
I would like for Airtel team to look into this matter and provide an explanation or add a pacakge worth 450 to my number so I am able to use it. The picture of the receipt issued to me at the Delhi airport is attached for your reference.

Airtel sent me a response on Nov 1st indicating that it will be resolved by Nov 11th. Nothing has happened until today. The case reference number provided was CWNGC3DEL20211101247576
