Hi,
I am using the number 9884770222. I migrated from Vodafone to Airtel in the month of September. I heard from Customer Care that I can change it to Prepaid after 30 days.
But the Airtel relationship Centre in Sailgramam, Chennai is forcing me to use the PostPaid for 120 days. In spite of confirmation from the Customer Care that particular centre is not at all cooperating. Please take action against that Centre.
Now I want my PostPaid to be disconnected with immediate effect and let me know a place in Chennai where I can change the number to Prepaid.
That particular centre (Saligramam, Chennai) has not cheated for the first tme.they have done it earlier too. They dont disclose the lesser plan and only say Rs. 499 plan is available.
I also have the doubt whether Airtel head Office is aware of this cheating or even they loot Customer Money for placing our trust on Airtel.
