I have airtel postpaid number, i also added as per their recommendation 2 more numbers in family plan, now I m saying to them that I want to convert my postpaid to prepaid sim or please remove these family numbers from my family plan but now they are saying that I need to visit their airtel center but there is no any center nearby me, they sent me a mail to come Saharanpur Airtel office which is more than 100km from me.
My question is that why they did not check the service area when they added the number now they are teasing me.
Really i m frustrated with their service.
Please do the help in this for me.
