Hi,
I had made the payment towards annual subscription which i discontinued after few months and after checking with Airtel customer care team i was supposed to get back approximately 2900 Rs back. It has been almost more than 3 months i have not received my money back despite many follow ups with Airtel customer care team. Every time when i called them they gave a false promise with no progress. I am really fed up with this Airtel customer care which i now believe is pathetic and very unprofessional. Any help on this will really be very appreciated.
