I have been using Airtel for about ten years. So, I inquired about the Airtel postpaid plan in your Trichy Karur bypass road showroom for internet purposes.

They suggested a 599 plan and proceeded on August 31 and said to me, It will change within hours. So, that’s why I accepted that plan and proceeded.

In this regard, I visited the show room four times (4) and followed up for 3 days. They said your status is in progress and will be complete by today.
But I completed 2 days and have not completed the process. It was inconvenient for my two days of work because there was no internet.
So, I said, Don’t proceed with anything further and I don’t want your service.

I got the same service within 20 minutes from the other network and continued my work. I’ve already informed your team; don’t proceed further.

My number changed from prepaid to postpaid, and now that is useless to me. Please revert to prepaid and investigate that issue and take the necessary action.

Stil, I am not getting additional sim .

I have all the conversation proof. If you need it, I will share it.
