Hi,

I have received the from Airtel (Update@airtel.com) offering few benefits if  i migrate to Rs. 499 plan. Now i have migrated to that plan but they are denying to provide me one of benefit which is Free Add-On number. They are charging me Rs. 199 extra for my another number which is added a secondary into my account. I want to escalate this issue as Airtel is not agreeing upon what they have communicated.

I have just downloaded the whole conversation and attaching the same.
