I’ve been holding this postpaid number – 9980929896 for many years now and I’m on business travel in London now and since last one week I have been chasing your fantastic Airtel customer care and support team day in and out for a week and it finally ended requesting my father to personally visit the center to request for duplicate SIM
After all these cumbersome experiences, Airtel has given me the promise that since this is my corporate account they may reject the request in the backend, that is really nice to hear after making all these efforts. My father is based in Kerala and he visited two Airtel outlets in Kerala and advised to visit Mangalore outlet because the SIM was taken in the Karnataka circle. Today he travelled 160 KM just to submit these hard copy of forms in one of Mangalore Airtel office and now after submitting the details in the office, the promise is since its corporate connection we may reject the request , which is brilliant
Since I spent two weeks on this issue and waking up early 5AM in the morning to follow-up with you folks , I really take this on me now, I really don’t care what action you are going to do with my request, I do care on effectively documenting this fabulous experience, because I want my experience to put across to my organization HR and employees should be well aware and be prepared for this kind of circumstances before taking Airtel as their preferred service provided. Lessons learned will be communicated and will make ensure global HR sendout organization wide email to employees not to opt to Airtel as service provider,
