Text of Complaint by Sachin:

Dear Appellate and Airtel,
As discussed over call in detail for more than 3hrs (cumulatively),
Concerns,
1. I started facing internet issues on May 6 and still continuing to face that – getting 4G speeds in kb/sec.
2. I’ve complained the same around 6th may and informed them to either disconnect the connections or to provide service to the amount I’m paying.
They promised me that issue will get resolved in few days. Opened a ticket.
3. After few days, closed the ticket saying issue has been resolved. But my 4G speed was still the same in kb/sec
4. They opened a new ticket, closed it after few days,. Opened again new ticket closed.
This continued for few weeks.
5.  Finally I got to know that Airtel is cheating with false promises so that they can get money for giving nothing else than false promises.
6. So decided to come out of that, since I haven’t got a chance to use any services provided by airtel from 6th may, I expect not to pay any amount for the period of 6-bill end period. But Airtel forcibly asked me to pay money to come out of Airtel money.
7. Even after paying completely + extra money, not allowing me to out to any other network providers by frequently calling to my number after I created port out request.
8. I had added 2 prepaid numbers to family plan in postpaid and without my consent they got converted to prepaid. Now if I want it back as prepaid, Airtel is asking me to pay 249Rs per each sim card in the name of FRC. This is not fair, as nowhere it was mentioned that number is getting converted to postpaid while adding to family plan. If you say that it was present – please send me a screenshot which shows this.
With above all reasons,
1. I want a compensation for the amount I paid for the period (May 6-25) where I was not allowed to use the promised service. (4G speed internet- 749Rs plan)
2. I want postpaid to prepaid migration of my 2 numbers without any additional fees (including FRC or whatever u call) as which was prepaid earlier and got migrated to Postpaid without my consent

3. Disconnection of number – 998*****77
Please note that, as of day 28th I’ve 0Rs billed and unbilled due and I’m not going to use any of the services in the above mentioned numbers going forward, so no more amount I’m going to pay. Even in the cases of 3rd number disconnection takes time, I’m not responsible and I’m not going to pay anymore amount. – current bill due is 0. Please verify from your side.
