Its been a week, I am unable to get incoming as well as do outgoing calls even though raising complaint numerous times.
And then, today i received a text from the support that complaint has been resolved and closed, without being actually entertained/resolved. I had to raise a new complaint again.
To my experience with this pathetic operator and its customer service, i suggest new customers to check for other brands as well. However, i am also left with no option other than to port.
