Dear Team,
I am a customer of Airtel postpaid connection mobile no.9907866993 under plan Airtel family pack @799 monthly rental.At the time of purchase a plan/connection committed by airtel executive that is @100 rupees rental off applicable on your bill from next month after generation of first bill for first twelwe months.. And i have agree with following plan because my maximum eligibility of mobile reimbursement is Rs.700 per month(excl. GST) in our Organisation.But after that the rental off of Rs100/- has not provided to me every month as per commitment of Airtel reprentative. I shall requested to you that kindly provided rental off of rupees 100/month on my connection.
