Hi,
I recently moved from bangalore to hyderabad. I was using Airtel SIM in bangalore and i ported to same provider in Hyderabad in the month of may. Now after 4 months they generated a bill saying i have outstanding amount. But i never missed any bill till now, i dont have any outstanding bills. I have asked the customer care to provide more details on that outstanding amount but there is no response.
i escalated to nodal officer but of no use, no response from them.
Please help in fixing my billing issue.
