I,Pawan Mishra post paid no.9935110120,Approx 2 month Ago I have visited Airtel Outlet in Halwasiya Hazratganj Lucknow for deposited our Postpaid Bill,Where Mrs. Nitika discuss with me regarding another plan and promise us no extra cost will be added.

But past 2 month i have receive double bill amount compression to my previous plan, also i have do regular follow up with her but she not getting any response, after I called call center,They promise me to reversal But had not provide any reversal till date.

So I request you to please reverse & promise to pay Balance amt immediately.

I will be with your network in near future.also user of Lease line and Broadband user.
