I am not able use internet on my mobile number 9742734555 from 12th Dec 2023 and raised an complaint 31-5176578354114 on 12th Dec 2023 and the timeline to resolve the same was given as 27th Dec 2023. On 23rd Dec 2023 they closed the marking as resolved without resolving the issue
On 23rd Dec 2023 and again called and the issue got escalated multiple time and I was given and new complaint Id 31-5197675978449 on 23th Dec 2023, they promised to send a person to see the issue but no one came and issue was not addressed
On 28th Dec 2023 I called again to airtel customer care and they were asking what problem I was facing on the issue and they seems to have no logs on the issue, now they want be wait again to get it resolved.
I have no hopes and I wanted to cancel all my 4 airtel family connections, broadband connection, DTH and landline connection and the customer care team is not ready to take cancellation as well.
Please help as I am promptly paying monthly bill of Rs. 2500+ as and airtel black customer but not getting proper service or resolution.
