Hi,
I have been mailing airtel (121@in.airtel.com) about a clarification on my bill and wanting to know the details about my pack since 15 Jul 2020. But am not getting any response and when I am submitting through the thanks app, i get a message that they have resolved the query. How can they resolve without calling me or answering my mail. All they do is advertise that they will solve all our queries which is Fraud. I have to pay my bill by 24th July and need a clarity before paying.
