The issue that I have experienced was: Past 2-3 month I am facing so many problems about the Airtel network and Airtel Internet service.. I am very very disappointed about the Airtel services…Last 2-3 month i have Paid approximately 600 every month but Idon’thave use the service..
I have Using Airtel postpaid plan Of Rs 499 and every month I have receive a bill above 600 as well as Rs100 late fees is other but my concern is that last 2-3 months my Airtel Internet speed is 0.2 mbps Every time. I am very very disappointed and you cancheck also I have 265 GB data left In my Airtel post number.. how can use the data in speed of 0.2 mbps … I have raised the complaint on Airtel customer care and Airtel app also but nobody response from Airtel teams side. NO words about the Airtel postpaidFraud company.. Airtel is 1st Fraud company..
Last 2-3 months I have paid Airtel postpaid bill but I don’t have use the Internet service as well as I have bare so many problems about the my office work.. I want to waive off my August month bill and resolve my Internet problem issue as soon as possible..ifyou resolve issue after then I will continue the Airtel postpaid services otherwise i will close my account and port in the JIO network SIM
