I’m having Airtel postpaid sim card in which one no. 5924102 with name #FunZone has been added by the above said company, which is first of all contacts. Aged people using that mobile phone unfortunately they make a call on that number 5924102. After i receive my bill open it which is charged @Rs. 972. And i tried to delete this no.many times but could not . Then today my self call on customer care no. 121 and ask same problem but they replied that this no.can not be deleted and we unable to do in this regard.
It’s mention here that this is happening since last but we did not noticed. It is FRAUD being done by the airtel company with the customer.
It is therefore requested to do the needful in this regard at earliest so that we may not suffer so more financial loss in this regard.
