On 4th Feb, 2021 I sent request to airtel for my postpaid sim deactivation, as I was not satisfied with their postpaid services at airtel show rooms. In turn airtel customer care person called me and convinced that I can convert to prepaid. I said if it is possible to do it nearby my place airtel show room I will go or else deactivate it right now. Then he asked me to pay outstanding amount of Rs 283. I paid on the same day and they mentioned that final bill will be generated on 12th Feb, 2021. But they did not deactivate it. The customer care who called me cancelled the previous request but I got cancellation request confirmation too. Again on 26th Feb, 2021 one more person called and again raised a deactivate request. Now due to their carelessness, they asking me to pay one month extra bill. I have attached the all mails of theirs.
Note: Airtel Customer cares not giving proper guidance
