I have a Airtel postpaid connection dongle number 9172231062. It stopped working, with a ‘No service’ message, on 03 April 2020. Since then, I have sent numerous emails ( 121, nodal and appellate email ids as per Airtel website) , tried calling them on 121/ 198, and trying to log a compliant/ grievance on the Airtel Thanks App, but of no use. To this date, there is no service, while I continue to be billed for it. I have paid last 2 months bill, without using a single byte of data. This is my primary work connection and its very difficult to manage with other connection (mobile data). I have purchased 2 internet packs, on another connection, so that I can continue to work. I having to pay for an extra connection, when this connection is already there, but unable to use, with no service. I have sent email for disconnection of this number more than 15 days back. There is no reply to that, as well. When there is no service for the last 2 months, I want the connection terminated, or the issues fixed, immediately.
