Text of Complaint by Mohan:

I am R.Mohan (Ph:9841327732), I have been an Airtel customer for more than 8 years and I have 5 CUG Postpaid connections along with my Primary Number(9841327732).

I needed some clarification/Queries on my Airtel Bills. So, I tried contacting Customer care several times, but No luck. None of the Customer care number helped me in this tough situation.

Without any clarification on my Bills, How Airtel is expecting me to pay the Due’s ?. Now Outgoing and Incoming calls to all My CUG connections were blocked.

My Relatives using 5 CUG connections were stranded in different places without any communication. I request you to activate my Outgoing and Incoming Call immediately.

During this Pandemic situation, we were Financially affected and Business was in Heavy Loss. I request you to understand my situation and consider my request and take action Immediately without any delay.
