i am with airtel since 16 years, i opted E-Bill as i don’t want to waste paper by taking prints unnecessary, still in their records it is showing e-bill only, regularly i am paying without having proper verification as i never expected that they will add paper bill charges every month.
on my verification i understood that since June 2020 they are adding Rs. 50 + gst to my postpaid bill, since 3 months i am requesting to give waiver, there is no response. Surprisingly, last month and this month also they added Rs. 50 + gst to my postpaid bill. I don’t understand what to do ?
