Respected sir/ madam,
I am airtel user since 2012 .I am writing this to draw your kind attention to an issue that i have changed my prepaid to postpaid
This postapaid connection has made me very disappointed
When i saw the plan 499 from the airtel thanks app it never mentioned any gst tax anything. It was starting from October
After a month the bill was generated 513 rs. I was okay with that
But next month September bill generated to 613 rs. When i asked contacting customer care they told it was fine and tax.
For November month again my bill came 713 rs
I have no idea where this amount is rising up
So i thought i will never pay the amount until i get a reason
Next day and i got call my customer care for not paying bill. I told them everything and they were saying i didn’t paid for a month. I was sure that i paid bill but it got 2 or 3 days delayed
They told they will contact me next day after resolving this issues but next day they frozen my network
Again it’s a very disappointment again they put 1400 rs after this issue
Today 4 jan 2021 morning my i saw my network has been disconnected totally
And i went to airtel store to ask to reactivate my sim, they told the bill is showing 1600 and again it’s rising up. They said its rent
I can’t pay this much of amount since im unemployed
Since im in kerala and it’s a tamil nadu chennai connection i want to go there to reactivate my sim it’s a new issue came again
Please kindly do something to reactivate my account
I wish i could use my old prepaid connection
I never had this bad experience with airtel since 2012
