I am facing a billing issue for the last two bill cycles. complaint ticket 4231934955331, 31-4192457857642,21-4192117889397 was raised for the same issue. However, all the tickets are closed without reaching out to me or providing any satisfactory solution.
The billing team is sending me an inflated bill with a billing plan that I have requested to de-activated in the month of May 2022.
