Hi Sir,
I have requested Airtel to disconnect my Airtel postpaid no. In March ( Airtel no. – 7358028622). But despite repeated reminders, they have either not disconnected my no. And keep sending me bills till date. I have even visited a customer care center and came to know that my no. Has been barred but still I got a bill for June month along the with late charges when in fact I have stopped using Airtel services and ejected the sim in March itself and then made close to 10 requests to Airtel to disconnect my no.
But they are in no mood to listen and have resorted to cheating and fraud in order to looting the customers. I am frustrated and with the way they have resorted to cheating, it has taken a toll on my mental health.
Please look into the matter on priority
