I have received my Airtel postpaid bill this month for June2020 stating that i need to pay Airtel Rs: 11,000/- itemized bills shows that i have made used of internet and SMS in International roaming however where i haven’t sent a single SMS nor used internet. After raising multiple escalations with Airtel Nodal desk and Appellate desk , no-one even cares to respond. I am in a situation that everyday i need to call customer services and ask for manager and Managers in Airtel are not available for your service ever. They don’t value you as a customer at all. i would recommend to think twice before binding your service connection with Airtel telecom.
Airtel is a big fraud company and please watch out while paying your bill and check every item within bill.
