Airtel sims are getting destroyed very frequently. 2 sims got destroyed while in the phone in past 2 months. There is no way to directly connect to customer care in the 121 IVR, they will never connect to in person customer care support to cancel sim. Due to covid situation was not able to visit store to cancel sim, they kept on adding postpaid bill. Now after 2 months they are daily harassing me with multiple calls on my other number to pay 2 months bill even after telling them issue they are not reducing the bill. Their response is pay the 696 and we will cancel the sim or else we will keep harassing you daily. I even emailed to 121 support and got no response.
