I bought airtel dongle on 04-10-2021 with Postpaid simcard.
I bought plan Rs. 399 per month.
I didn’t received any mail or message regarding bill in next month.
When I contact airtel customer service, they mentioned my bill Rs. 569 on 24-11-2021 and said that they entered plan Rs. 499/-.
It was mistake of airtel.
I paid bill and change my plan Rs. 399/-.
Now just in 10-12 days, they send me bill Rs. 663/-.

It is extremely high bill than expectation.

Please have a look into in this case.
