- Dear Airtel,
Im writing this mail in regards to my number 9849979833. Initially I was a prepaid customer with Airtel and due to my official requirements I changed it to postpaid. Before changing it to postpaid, i called the customer service and enquired the minimum duration to serve as a postpaid customer to change back to prepaid for which they said was 30days.Later on after 2months i went to local Airtel store near me to change it back to prepaid. To my surprise the agent at store said the minimum duration is 90days to change it back to prepaid. So i called customer care regarding this and they said they will look into this. However i stopped using the services long back. I was getting calls to pay my bills for which I mentioned the same story.
I hereby request you to waive of my dues as it was not my mistake. Whatever information that was provided by your customer service I followed the same. Even I registered complaint immediately after i came to know about the eligibility criteria to get it changed. Im really disappointed with your services as my complaints was never solved and i was billed continuously.
