Hi , I was billed INR 4600+ as additional charges for Internal roaming service i opted for one day pack , I purchased one day International Roaming service pack value of 649+ Tax on 12th Jul which was billed to my airtel postpaid connection , however the airtel rep never informed me that the pack will be extended unless i manually disable or deactivate the sim after reaching the other country , i was under assumption that the pack if valid for one day and it will be deactivated by default , but to my surprise the postpaid bill sent on 4th aug was updated with one month full INTERNATIONAL ROAMING CHARGES of INR 4550+ , and after raising multiple complaints with airtel customer care, appellate authority they have not provided any heed towards my complaint and went ahead and disconnected my broadband stating payment due , pay the total amount to resume service ..
