Text of Complaint by Ajay Prasad:

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I am a regular costomer of Airtel from last 6 Years and using Postpaid number around 4 Years.I have paid my airtel mobile bill ontime but during lockdown period , I have paid airtel bill after due date around 4-5 days due to covid 19 issue in world wide. As of Now,late fine has included in my monthly bill cycle from last 2 months and its 300 rs around.

Gov has already announced that any credit card bill EMI or any payment has not take any late fine or it’s waiver off.

So, Please waiver off my additional late fine charges in lock down period and give my actual bill amount in next bill cycle which is 499+gst.
