I am in UK since last three years and this issue has reoccurring every now and then. Every time I am being charged with the charges and is asked to make the big payments. This time too, they said that I have been using India number for calling despite knowing that I am not here in India and is not using the number since so many years. I was asking them to safeguard my number and somehow was charged mistakenly and was resolved. The next month I again asked the, to safeguard my number before the bill cycle, they came up saying that I have been doing calling from India number to Uk numbers. Ideally this is not correct. Why would I use my India number to call on UK numbers sitting in UK itself. And now they are sending me bill overdue reminders. I have been writing them and they are not providing me the solution. Kindly intervene.
