Hi,
This is Saumya my Airtel post paid mobile no – 9900028963. My last bill (Month of June 2020) shows that i have made several calls to ISD (US, Canada and Europe) but i have not made any ISD calls from my mobile number. The bill amount is Rs 4898 Rs for month of June2020. But in general my bill comes 400-500 Rs monthly. I have made a complaint to Airtel customer care about this fraud. The complaint # 31-3181197513461. But no resolution from Airtel side.
I would like to resolve this matter on the urgent basis. Also make sure not to happen this again.
