Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that the network and internet connection of my postpaid mobile number 9840333002 has not worked properly in most of the area for the last 2 months. I have made several calls to customer care for registering my complaint .Their customer care executive is accepting and conveying that they have a technical issue with their network all over Tamilnadu and it will be resolved with in 8 hours but till date it is not resolved and also they are requesting me to pay the complete monthly rental for a poor network.
Being a Technical service support engineer most of my work is done through online and for that, I need a proper network and internet connection throughout the day.Because of airtels poor internet I have hired Hathway broadband and paying 500 rs per month. My house location is exactly on the back side of the airtel center on the main road. Then Why have I to face such issues? and also why i have to pay the full amount of my monthly bill?
I kindly request you to do the needful against my complaint as soon as possible
