For the month of January 22, I received the Airtel bill and the amount is Rs. 475.54 and the due date was 22nd February. On 18th February, I paid Rs. 455 through Airtel mobile app using Google Pay (somehow I misunderstood the bill amount as Rs. 455). In 1-2 days, I was getting notifications that my bill is still not paid and hence I checked it and realised I paid Rs. 20 less and made the balance payment on 22nd Feb (on the due date). Post this, I started getting calls / messages (twice-thrice in a single day) that my bill is not paid and if not made the payment, the services will be deactivated. Hence, I raised a complaint through mobile app (ticket id: 31 – 3937898552320) on 23rd Feb. The same has been closed on 28th Feb without any resolution. I was still getting the calls to make the payment. On 28th Feb, I visited Airtel store on Paud road, Pune and they took the complaint and assured that the issue will be resolved. On 3rd March, my outgoing and data services were disconnected. I sent email to 121@airtel.com. They responded back saying to furnish the bank statement showing the amount has been debited from my account. I did shared the details and they reverted back that the complaint has been launched on 4th March (31-3943474833646) and it will be resolved by 7th March. With no call outgoing and data services, I am going though a hard time to take care of my business and company work. From 23rd Feb till 5th March, Airtel couldn’t sort out the issue and I am suffering due to this negligence.
