After you complete your porting formality with the new operator, Airtel will call you from a non-official number where they try to convince that you need to send CANCEL to 1900 in order to process the request. Doing this will obviously cancel your port process. Instead of trying to convince you about their service quality this is what they resort to, pathetic as it can be.
