Sub: Complaint Letter for Poor Internet Service

 

Respected sir,

 

With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the network and internet connection has not worked properly indoors for the last 1+ years.

I have made several calls on customer care and visit airtel center and also complaint in airtel thanks app etc.. See below mentioned your Service request no’s..

If you want more reference no’s, I can provide to you, what action or solutions taken by you from the Oct 1999 to till today March 2021…???

 

Whenever i called, i was given a promise of 48 hrs or within a weekend.

 

Im using another 3 airtel Postpaid sim’s with different smart mobiles, but I haven’t get proper response from your end you’re your network team,

im using Airtel networks past 10+ years’ also. Unfortunately past 1+ years only im facing issues on current location and my Residence..

 

As you know Iam doing Export and Import also Domestic Business and all of my work is done online and for that,

I need a proper network and high speed internet connection throughout the day. My house location is exactly near by Trichy – Tanjoore high ways main road.

Then Why have I to face such issues..?? To attain every call I have to always go outside but this is not possible for work.

All airtel users facing such problems in my area. My location address as mentioned below.

 

I saw your advertisement for airtel such a India’s fastest network and coverage’s, but reality was no network and no signal internet

downloading speed was just some KBS only. Past 1+ year im facing the issues here, so I am requesting you otherwise I have to port my all no’s in Vodafone or Jio.

 

Month on month im paying properly my Phone bill’s, but im not get anything proper response from your end..

I won’t pay until my problem is resolved, so that they (Airtel) takes it seriously, else provide free Broad band / Modem for using high speed internet. / 50-60% of Bill discounts from this month to till sort out issues.

 

If i not get anything response or disconnecting any service’s, i will move to consumer court and will claim for a higher compensation..

 

Because now it is very difficult to wait and follow ups again and again for this same issues.

It would be highly appreciated if you respond you my complaint as soon as possible.
