Text of Complaint by Saravanakumar:

I am Airtel Platinum customer, I am facing poor network quality for more than six months. I am paying 1178 INR for my family connection which gives 180GB of monthly data. But I am unable to utilize it because of poor network connection. My internet speed test shows less than 100Kbps speed. Some times I am getting 1-5 Bps. Also I am getting frequent call drop. Raised multiple complaints and not resolved properly. My complaints are simply marked as resolved. No resolution I received so far.
