I am facing poor network connectivity all over Nashik, call disconnect, call drop, unable to call. Serious network connectivity issues on Gangapur Road, Madhukamal Nagar, Near Akashwani Tower, Nashik – 422013 and MIDC, Ambad, Nashik 422010.
I am registering poor network connectivity complaints on Airtel thanks App but without user confirmation all complaints are getting closed without taking any action and just by sending sms your complaint has been closed?? Airtel is not trying to improve it’s network connectivity and not supporting users / customers which is not good part for future. *TRAI* is requested to review user complaints and support users to improve Airtel network connectivity!! Airtel is charging Toll Free number calling charges minimum 3 Rs per call?? What is the meaning of Toll Free numbers??
