post shifting of my house i was facing frequent internet disconnection problem for which i have raised a complaint from September month every time the engineer used to come and take happy code and left the premises but in mid on November month there was complete blackout of internet and every day i have been calling customer care number and mailing appellete but there is a nil response from their end.. this is worst customer care services provide by the company
