Dear Team,

I had raised a compliant to airtel customer care on the 30th June’20 informing them to change my tariff plan. Until today there was no solution to my compliant. They always kept on responding to download airtel thanks app to change the plan. I had downloaded the app but the app did not support my requirement. I never got a call from the customer care to address my issue. I kept on getting calls to make the payment.
